This program is a professional, interactive program that will provide your supervisors with top-notch training experiences at an average trainer/participant ratio of 15:1. Some of our clients combine programs to make a better fit for their managerial staff.

Ideally, the program can be implemented over a 3-4 month time period that facilitates the learning and retention process and allows the participant to implement the information on the front lines!
