Joseph S. Lemmon, Principal
Joe has been providing Behavioral Health and various HR programs to public and private entities for over twenty-five years. Beginning his career at GBMC (Towson, MD) he implemented and operationalized Employee Behavioral Health & Training/Development programs. Over the next five years, Joe also designed and directed the first inpatient substance abuse treatment program at this highly-rated medical health center.
Receiving his bachelors and advanced degrees in psychology and social sciences from Towson University and the University of Maryland, Joe is a licensed psychotherapist and has earned the Certified EAP professional and Substance Abuse Professional designations. In his role at HRWS, Joe assists our clients in the quest to envision and execute their Employee Behavioral Health, Employee Development and Behavioral Risk Management programs.
Founding HRWS in 1990, the firm now utilizes the skills and talents of clinicians and expert consultants and trainers to successfully implement Behavioral Health, EAP, Respectful Workplace and Behavioral Risk Services in the public and private sectors.
